Every item marked with the 5-year chip warranty badge throughout the Australian Fine China range are covered by a Five Year Edge Chip Warranty. "A Five Year Edge Chip Warranty is offered to demonstrate the durability of a product in a busy hospitality environment." The warranty is limited to specified pieces and applies to scale chipping, not V chipping or breakages.
Covered: scale chipping on badged pieces (small, shallow chips that flake off the edges of the crockery), for five years. Not covered: V chipping; breakages; pieces without the 5-year chip warranty badge.
